“So far my experience has been that reviews of claims are extremely slow and the company seems to have frequent payment processor issues. Also what delivery are the following questions even referring to? Petsbest has never delivered anything to me.”

“I’ve been with Pets Best for about a year and a half since my dogs were puppies. It’s very affordable, app and website are pretty user friendly. One of my dogs has had some health problems and Pets Best has been a life saver, literally. I can’t say that reimbursements for vet bills are timely, but they do come eventually. Any time I’ve had to contact them, the customer service has been good. I’ve reached out to the vet techs through chat with questions and they’ve been helpful. Overall I’m very happy with Pets Best and will continue to keep their coverage for my pups!”

“We have had pet insurance with PetsBest since we got our pups, and we just had our first medical claim after almost 3 years. We were a little hesitant on getting pet insurance, but we are now very glad we did. The claim process is super easy online, and no complaints on response times or explanations of benefits. Our 3 year old dog has been diagnosed with a very serious heart issue and may not have much time left. We are heartbroken, but knowing we can give him the care he needs for his quality of life, and that we are getting help with the medical expenses and medication, has helped alot. It is a reminder that anything can happen at any time, accidents or illness and that's why we need insurance. They have been great to work with.”

“The coverage seems good but the process when you make a claim is long. In my case it has been almost 2 months and just got settled Friday. I haven’t gotten my reimbursement payment yet either.”

“I have to call and cancel the insurance. I’ve only used it about four times, and when I compare the benefits with what I pay monthly, it’s not worth it. If I save the amount I pay each month, I think it would actually be more beneficial than keeping the insurance.”

“Honestly, I've been so incredibly impressed! There's been no shortage of payments being made to us for our sweet 12 year old girl, and PetsBest hasn't let us down a single time. I appreciate that they handle the claims quickly and fairly every time. So grateful we are in their hands!”

“Ever since you did the upgrade on your app in April 2025 it has been an inconvenience for me . For example my dog had an infected ear and your robot kept putting it in as an ear grooming . Which that wasn’t it it was an ear infection. Not only that you guys take forever to pay out claims. I’m pretty much stuck with you because of my dogs existing precondition that he acquired during the time we purchased the insurance with you. to this date, I still have prom submitting claims on your app. I only have an iPhone no computer desktops..”
