“Sent in my claim, they responded quickly then received all the information needed and had my claim processed and accepted in a timely manner. Will keep on insuring my family pets with them, this is the second time we have used the coverage.”

“I’m a brand new pet owner (less than a year). We’ve never had a dog before but I’ve heard from friends and family how expensive pet treatment can be sometimes. Well, all I can say is you never need it until you need it. Having this insurance gives me such piece of mind. It feels good to know that the newest member of our family will receive the care she needs when she needs it. Since signing up 6 months ago, I’ve filed 2 claims. It was so easy! You just upload from your phone (or however you choose). It’s so simple. Not a lot of questions, I just upload the receipt from my vet and PetsBest takes it from there. You will have the funds deposited right in your bank account in no time with no further action from you! I recommend investing in this insurance. Filing and reimbursements for claims is so easy.”

“I just paid over $800 at the vet, and my pet insurance only reimbursed me $160. Honestly, it makes more sense to just put that $50 a month into a savings account for my dog, instead of paying it to the insurance company. That way, when something comes up, I’ll actually have money set aside to cover it, without having to deal with low reimbursements and still paying them every month.”
