“Good insurance for pet I’ve been with them for at least 10 years and I’m pleased The reimbursement is always quick and reasonable I like pets bests i recommend them”

“Pets best has been great to work with so far. They have approved all claims, including an extremely costly unexpected surgery for my pup that ended up costing almost 10k! I am not sure what I would have done if I didn’t have pets best and had to pay that all out of pocket.”

“Like most people, I got pet insurance thinking I would never use it. Unfortunately, my dog started having epileptic seizures at 18 months, increasing in their intensity until his passing at age 4. Pets Best was always extremely fair and responsive during this ordeal. They moved quickly when settling claims and went above what I would have expected from an insurance agency. I would recommend Pets Best to anyone who is bringing a pet into their families and would not hesitate to use their services again.”

“Anyone may purchase an insurance policy - but will it pay at the time of a claim? Will the claims process be smooth and seamless? I am a new Pets Best Pet Health Insurance as of March 2025. And, wouldn't you know it - my active and athletic 3 year-old black Labrador Retriever sustained a laceration while she caught a frisbee in the air and needed ER care with staples. Wow - just after the minimal waiting periods. The process to submit the claim was absolutely seamless and effortless!!!! The updates are fantastic!!! I am really, really impressed with Pets Best. My dog will be fine - and the vet ER staff said that many of their staff and clients have Pets Best - so I had no doubt everything would work out great! Thank you Pets Best for your platform and extremely user-friendly process to obtain pet insurance and file claims.”

“We filed a claim on 4/8/25 and received notice on 4/11/25 that the claim was completed. Very sat turnaround!”

“The amount of time to be reimbursed is extremely long. At least twice I tried to explain that one of the things submitted was just an estimate and I was trying to get someone to call me with an approval or just let me know if it was covered or not, and I called twice And talked to two different people and it just came back as not covered. Also, there is no record of the deposit for the one item that was supposed to be covered in my bank account. I’m not sure if they sent it or if that is considered to be part of $1000 deductible. Again communication seems to be very poor.”

“They have been terrific - once in awhile they have had questions about claims and reached out to the vet for info but it was seamless and they have always been timely. I can’t say enough good things about the safety net they provide and their service.”

“I know there's a lot of pet insurances out there and I'm glad I chose Pets Best...they have been great with my baby especially my silver lab...he's always got something going on. And when I get reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses (CARE CREDIT) I have it set up to go back on that card! I believe the longest it's taken to get reimbursed was maybe a month! I recommend Pets Best to anyone that wants/needs pet insurance.”

“I have been very happy with Pets Best. My dog has cancer and thanks to this insurance I have been able to provide the care he needs. Sometimes the claim takes longer to be processed, and depending on the amount we spent at the vet, the delay in processing the claim might represent a financial challenge for us, but Pets Best never failed in processing the claims and send us the refund we are entitled for.”
