“Quick turnaround but hefty monthly premiums.”

“Of course my dog is an older one so my premiums are pretty high. However, we need it so that is no problem. My only criticism of Pets Best is that is takes nearly a month to process. Other than that - THANK YOU PETS BEST!!!”

“They covered everything I was expecting them to cover on the procedure for my dog. handle everything in a timely manner and when they are behind on billing they let me know that there is a delay. very happy with my Pets Best Insurance for my Goldendoodle, Bridger.”

“I have had Pet's Best for almost 7 months now for my Great Dane Puppy, so far so good. I would have given 5 stars except that the claim review process is a little slower than I am used to (having had Nationwide in the past) but all in all I am very pleased with Pets Best and happy with my choice.”

“I have had a pretty good experience with PetsBest and my pet insurance. The only complaint I might have is the registered user on the account. You have to be listed on the account to call. I called and wasn't able to do anything because my husband is listed. Other than that they have been great!”
