“The system is pretty easy to use, claims are processed pretty quickly. Always check your reimbursement since often times claims are not placed in the right category and you don't get the $$$$ if you have the wellness part of it.”

“It was nice to receive reimbursement in a short turnaround time after submitting new client Kooper. However, I am cautiously excited about the reimbursement as something similar occurred with Dakota and later received barely any reimbursement which made me contemplate canceling the policy. Will see how it goes since paying a higher premium for 2 fur babies!”

“My dog had a wellness exam and during this exam it was determined she needed medicine. When I submitted the claim instead of paying the wellness exam fee they put it in illness exam and added it to the deductible.”

“Good pricing for plans, and good coverage for my pet. Easy signup and claims process. Wish the processing time for claims was a bit quicker though.”

“Their coverage is pretty typical of most pet insurance companies. The reimbursement process is excellent and quick once they have all the information. You can only change policy coverage during a renewal, so mid-policy coverage changes are not available - typical of most pet insurance companies also.”

“The claim process is very smooth and relatively easy. Payments, when applicable, are quick and easy to understand. The categories to file up front should be explained more before a claim is rejected. Specifically a recently diagnosed chronic condition is not routine care although chronic care diagnosis really does mean routine care”

“I like having Pets Best as insurance for my pet, I only wish the turn around to pay you back would be quicker . I think we are in an age where all.is done electronically for a reason. They get the bills quickly other insurances returned your money not later than a few days.”

“with the exception of a few minor "quirks" this company has been very good at processing their claims. Value for the price you pay overall is very good. I would recommend it to all who are shopping for pet insurance.”
