“Easy to submit claims and many of the claims are paid albeit not fully reimbursed. But I enjoy the ease of use and the app is great. Easy to use !”

“Overall I am satisfied. I personally think certain services such as neutering should be reviewed as the vet cost for this is double over what is reimbursed and also I think the turnaround for reimbursement could be quicker than two weeks. I don't know if my expectations are too high but just my opinion.”

“Really great pet insurance. I’ve found PetsBest to be cheaper than alternatives like TrustedPals and Wishbone. I love the iOS application as it makes things really easy. The worse thing about PetsBest is the time to resolve claims is longer than I would like.”

“Overall ok. Don’t always reimburse as they say & sometimes have to fight denials (once was for coverage of pneumonia medication - another time for preventative meds - flea/tick & heartworm). Just stay on top of what you submit.”

“They take long to pay your claim and you have to follow up with the vet clinic to get the necessary paperwork moving but they do cover all my cats accidents, illnesses or injuries.”

“The jump in our monthly payment when our dog turned a year older was shocking. It went up about 250%. Fortunately, the customer service representative I worked with helped me figure out how to lower the monthly payment to allow us to keep our insurance, only with a higher deductable.”

“Pets best has treated me very well and my bone has been covered since he was a pup. Initially, it took a while for all his records to be verified in the beginning, but once they were filing claims became a breeze. The company is very open about communicating when they will be late for reimbursement and always breaks down how the deductible is applied. The only downside so far is the change in cost for my insurance plan as my boy ages but the coverage has been worth it!”

“I made two claims first one already went through very pleased but a little blind sided with copays I knew about the deductible so just be aware that there will be copays other then that I highly recommend.”
