“Overall good. The mobile apps needs an upgrade because it’s not always responsive. I also hate how long it takes to process my claims when I first signed up they were promising refunds in 7 days and I’m having to wait more than 30 days.”

“I would give 5 star rating as insurance and service are fine but the Yearly premium increases are consIderable. My premium increased by 40% for this next year. I understand that as the pet gets older the premium can increase but that is substantial.”

“Least expensive option I’ve found. Was unable to get a hold of someone to find out which vets in my area have an agreement to get directly reimbursed. Claims took 2 weeks to process.”

“The service was very good while our dog was in the hospital. Customer service was fantastic. However, we were a bit frustrated with the length of time it took to get the check from our claim. It was 30 days on the dot (so it was not outlandish) but it was advertised as 5 days.”

“I’ve only been a customer for a month. I submitted a wellness claim for my puppy and did receive the correct reimbursement for the claim. However, it took a long time for the claim to be processed.”

“the only reason I am leaving a 4/5 is the turn around time for claims. I've only ever had issues with this right when we started with PetsBest and in the last 8 months. Otherwise, PetsBest gives great EOBs and helpful people to call when you don't understand”

“After some research, I found Pets Best to be the best cost-effective health insurance for my pet. I've been with them for almost 3 years now. I needed it to use it about 3 times already, and Pets Best helped me to save a lot of money on vet bills, and the reimbursement for each claim took an average of 30 days to be processed, which is longer than I expected. But aside from that, I recommend their services to all my family and friends.”
