“I am happy with the insurance. I am not happy with the definition of a chronic condition which denied coverage for one of my dogs. I insure three dogs withe Pets Best.”

“I think you guys have done a great job covering expenses for our yorkie, Cali. The only reason it’s 4 stars is that I was told Cali has a 2500. lifetime maximum & I guess we have just about reached it. I’ll be looking for new coverage once our recent claim is evaluated.”

“I have nothing bad to say about PetsBest except the longer wait times to process a claim and get reimbursement. When you’re out several thousand dollars, getting the reimbursement back in a timely manner is super important to most people. That being said, I have gotten what I should and they have taken care of everything per the policy. I have told my family/friends to get insurance.”

“The insurance is working as purchased, however, it is taking much longer to have my claims processed than expected. Your company gave an excuse of high claim volumes, but that wouldn't accept that same excuse from me if I had more bills than usual and didn't pay my bill on time.”

“When our Emmy Wren became part of our family I decided to investigate pet health insurance. I researched, reached out to others who might have it for their pet, weighed the possible pros and cons and eventually decided to go with it. I had never had insurance for any of our other fur babies so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I felt Pets Best was the company that would work best for us and Emmaline and I’m glad I chose your company. So far, I’m very pleased with the claims process, the coverage, and the amounts covered. I am much more at ease about giving my baby the care she needs without worrying about choosing cost over care. “My concerns with pets best is the turnaround time for payments When I first signed up over a year ago payments were made within a month of claim submission My last 2 claims took over a month”

“I’ve only had it for a short time but they don’t cover all vaccines for my puppy which I was s little surprised by . I had a different insurance with my previous dog. When it is time to renew I will be checking other insurances.”

“Pets Best covers a host of conditions and I've been very happy with it on that basis. On the other hand, I haven't been very happy with the length of time it takes them to process claims. It used to be fairly quick.”

“It is very good to have pet insurance. I am glad we got it for our pet because he got sick and it cost us nearly $800 and at least we can get some of it back. I like Pet’s Best Insurance because they try to get you your money back as quickly as possible.”

“I have only had the insurance for a year on a dog that is now 4 years old. All I have had is a wellness check and shots. I haven't received my check yet, but should get it soon -- the cost was under $100. The only reason I gave the pet insurance four instead of five stars is I would have preferred a few other options. For example, I would have liked to choose to add a higher monthly premium and have it cover dental ... or choose to have it cover dental instead of cancer. I didn't have insurance on my previous dog -- I didn't know it existed until he was 16 years old. What I needed to do, but couldn't afford, was his dental issues. Since a dog has to be put under in order to clean and/or remove teeth, I couldn't afford his dental care. My dog may not get cancer, but she will always have teeth. I would rather pay more for the option of a dental cleaning every four or five years if there have been no other illness or accident claims - or choose to give up coverage for other issues. Dental was one of the main reasons I bought the insurance and was distressed when I learned it wasn't covered.”
