Why can’t you just put the AMOUNT/ that you are paying claim instead of us waiting to see when hits our bank account

Everyone was very helpful. The only issue I had was getting through when I called to talk to a person! The hold time was anywhere from 30minutes to an hour. That is not great customer service.

The claim process was a little slow, it took three weeks to review my claim. However the claim was incredibly easy to report and once the claim was approved I received my direct deposit refund the next day. I spoke with a claims representative in the beginning of my claim process who was wonderful. The review of my benefits paid out was very clear. Would recommend pets best to my friends and family.

We thought we would be reimbursed quicker than what we did, however, they did continue to keep us updated and reimbursed everything we thought they would! Grateful for petsbest !

I've always been very happy with Pets Best. The only issue I have is that I don't understand why the monthly cost increases so much every year. I realize that my dog is getting older but the increase is too much.

PetsBest is one of the best pet insurance companies I know. Their prices are very competitive, and customer service support is great. Sadly, it takes a little longer than expected to get an answer for your claims.

Love Pets Best, but they have taken longer and longer to review claims and the last claim that I submitted was broken in half for each pet and they forgot to re-enter the second half. Not sure what these other questions below are for..

Considering that all the employees are working from home I think my experience was the best it could be. When the employees are back to work I look for a better experience.

East to use and people are knowledgeable. It can be slow to get reimbursed sometimes is my only issues. But no other issue aside from that!

This was my first time submitting a claim. The process was super easy and everything was cover per my plan. The only complaint was that it did take about two weeks to get processed.

The only reason that I gave it 4 was because of time it takes to process the claim. I have been with them for 8 years, and they care about your pet. They are polite and answer questions with knowledge about the subject.

Filing claims was pretty easy for the most part. I'm giving 4/5 stars because without the Pets Best app, there isn't really a good way to contact the company. When I had a question and called the 1-877 number, I was on hold for an hour and still no one had picked up. It was only after I discovered the app that I could text your agents and get some answers. One suggestion I would make is to have more updates on the app itself. Something as simple as an update saying "medical reports received", instead of having the customer wonder if the claim is still "pending" because of an external hold up. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the service so far and will likely continue with my policy.

Happy for the most part thus far. That it takes 3-4 weeks to process a claim seems excessive.
