“Setting up my account for two cats was made easy by a very helpful staff member who was able to clearly answer my questions as she walked me through the process. Submitting claims is made easy by the app on my android phone, which uses guided completion to make the process straightforward. Not everything I've submitted has been covered, but explanations as to why certain things are not covered are always clear and easy to understand. “I am rating this 4 stars because 1) my claim was approved and 2) it took under 30 days. That being said Pets Best has a quick and easy claims process for them to get to the insurance claim without a lot of hiccups (if you send in the right paperwork) and it is accepted from a wide range of clinics. I had a typical overnight stay at a pet hospital but I have not experienced a more serious stay and with their claims process I hope to see more of a hands on approach to see if my claim will be approved and the well being of my pet. I look forward to keeping them as my insurer and hopefully no bad luck with my crazy pupper!”

“The only problem I have with Pets Best is they take way too long to pay the claims. There has to be a solution to this problem instead of just making clients wait at least a month for payment. If it wasn't for this problem they would get 5 stars.”

“Real easy to work with. Just take a pic and submit. Would have gave 5 stars but there is no communication. It took 21 days until we got a confirmation of payment with no communication before that.”

“I wish the insurance was a bit cheaper. I pay more for my dog's insurance than my own. Otherwise, I am happy with what is covered since my dog is diabetic.”

“So far have had no problems with this insurance paying us back for approved services. Have to say sometimes I feel there is a lack of communication. Another "problem" is the short time frame to apply for insurance benefits.”

“Never had a problem with claims for my dogs but this after latest last claim my GSD insurance premium just increased by $30 month... Thats a large increase...Checked out other insurance companies and I think I can do better! I will be checking later before the year is up...”
