Affordable, easy to set up. I enjoy the auto payments and direct payment option. Only downside is the processing times. I have submitted 7 claims totally $3k+ so 30+ days is a while to wait for reimbursement when fast service is one of the key reasons I went with this company.

I have a younger dog with an immune system issue. I am pleased they cover his care based upon his coverage purchased. The staff seem genuine and express care regarding his condition

I did have to write several times to inquire about my reimbursement, however, I was told that the amount I spent at Wellness visit would be reimbursed.

In the past response time has been very quick, usually about 2 weeks start to finish. This time it was closer to 6 weeks. I realize things are different these days, but, I usually put the initial bill on my credit card. Previously I would get the covered amount deposited into my checking account in enough time to pay the balance on my credit card without having to pay interest. This time, not so much.

The claim process took a while and I could never get through to them on the telephone. My vet sent the requested documentation, however Pets Best still showed they hadn't received it. Then I obtained a copy of the documentation and sent it and their site still showed it was outstanding. Finally paid out a couple of weeks later. I would recommend keeping the progress updated on the website so as to eliminate frustration on this side of things.

My puppy became real sick and needed an MRI, I already had the insurance- thankfully!! Our vet visit that day was $4500. Because we had insurance we ended up getting a check for $3500.

My biggest complaint is that reimbursement takes a month. Other than that I think your company does a good job.

There was a slight delay in the processing of our claims, which could be due to COVID19. Other than that, the process was very smooth and all coverage was explained in the explanation of benefits.

My first two claims were reviewed fast and went towards my deductible. But my recent claim first got rejected for no respond from vet, then I reclaimed and took charge of providing all vet reports, second time got approved taking one month. Reaching customer service by phone was 52 minutes wait but the representative was super nice and knowledgeable! All and all I expected faster service! That’s why we use the app.

Claim was completed in 9 days with reimbursement to my bank account without problem. My only concern is that the website & phone app do not provide more details other than "received" for the status of a claim.
