“The dress was very nice and good quality however it makes me look busty and it's low cut, something which the model doesn't show. Also to do an online refund phase 8 charges £2 for this which is annoying however did provide easy return things with the parcel.”
“I’m giving three stars because I had a lot of issues receiving this order. It took a total of 8 days to arrive, and it only turned up after I contacted customer service and spent 35 minutes discussing why it hadn’t been dispatched. If I hadn’t chased it up myself, I don’t think anyone would have noticed the so-called “technical issue.” Surely this should have been visible on their system, especially given how long it took to send out the item.
To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive an apology. Overall, not a great experience and quite disappointing.”
