“I have mixed feelings about my experience with Phase Eight. I placed an order for store collection, but it did not arrive as expected. When I contacted customer service, the order was refunded without discussing alternative options, even though I still wanted the dress. As a result, I had to place a second order and arrange home delivery instead. While I was eventually able to get the dress, the process was inconvenient and could have been handled better.”

“I only bought this dress, for a function later in the year, as it was in the sale at £109, reduced from £169. The price tag on the dress shows £109 i.e. no reduction. On more than 3 occasions Customer Service agents agreed to refer my query to a supervisor. I have sent a few emails. No supervisor ever called me in 3 weeks. Did I have 14 days to return or 28? No idea! I have cancelled the order and am returning the dress. Very disappointed. Customer Service rating 0!”

“Yet again. Ordered from phase eight for next day delivery. It never turned up. When contacted I was informed the parcel had been lost by EVRI. Such a shame that big company’s still insist on using such a useless delivery service. It’s a wonder you stay in business.”
