“Ik heb het product ontvangen. Helaas was deze te klein, maar wel van goede kwaliteit.Ik ontvang steeds e-mails van jullie, maar de bevestiging van mijn retour helaas nog niet. Het is nu 8 dagen geleden dat ik het heb teruggestuurd. Ik zou graag een bevestiging ontvangen dat het in behandeling is.”
“I have ordered my Mother of the Bride outfit in it's entirity from Phase Eight; dress, jacket, shoes, bag and fascinator. The fit is perfect, the quality excellent and I am genuinely thrilled to bits! My daughter approves, too!! “Impossible for me to leave a review for a product that I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received. After contacting customer servies I was informed that the product was not available from the warehouse so they were trying to source from a store... which was proving difficult. Was advised that they are no longer on line so therefore out of stock.
The following day the product was back on the website with stock showing in a few stores with a 25% discount.
To date I still have not recieved the item I order :(”
