“I bought this in your sale but it was still £100+. It had been worn, it was very dirty at the hems and the neck. I sent it back disgusted and won't buy again. You should inspect your goods more thoroughly. It should never have been sent out.”

“I ordered a size 16 , paid postage and was sent a 12. Returned this at the post office having rung customer services first to ensure I would also be refunded postage charges. I was assured I would be. 2weeks later no refund . Rang phase eight, told to email proof of postage , I mentioned the postage refund too. Dress refunded but not postage .rang twice then put in a written complaint. Was assured it would be done. Still waiting……”
