“Delivery just takes so long. If you pay for next day delivery (like I did for this item because I needed it in a hurry) it doesn’t arrive in time. And regular delivery takes over a week, when they promise 3-5 days. Can’t comment on the quality of the items I ordered because they never got delivered.”

“I ordered two pretty dresses, in which one was very disappointing as it was very creased. So as it was a sale item I took a chance and washed it and I’m pleased to say it looks lovely. But I do think the packing and checking of the items needs improvement.”

“I ordered 2 dresses to try to find one zip that worked properly. Invisible zips refusing to pass a waist seam is what happens, when excess fabric is not cut away before sewing up. I noted from the reviews that others experienced exactly the same thing. What a waste of everyone's time and money. All for a short cut in the manufacturing process. The shop staff were great, as always, but restitution of my out of pocket expenses was out of their hands. My on-line complaint resulted in a prompt refund of my delivery and parking charges, but sadly no goodwill gesture for my inconvenience.”
