“I never received my order , , it was returned to you by the courier , I was told it would be available to re order but is out of stock , I was not reimbursed postage”

“Item was delayed, took 2 weeks to be delivered. When arrived the box was squashed and torn and the fascinator squashed and permanently creased. Not a good service at all. I will see what they will do but now not enough time for a replacement.”

“The dress didn’t suit me despite having any other dresses from phase in the wrap style taht are part of my staple for occasion wear. Just couldn’t put my finger on why it work. Gorgeous dress though and beautiful quality as it always is with Phase Eight.”
