Fantastic customer service and quick and easy delivery and refund on faulty item. Couldn’t fault customer service at all. First time buyer of phase eight but won’t be the last.

I never received my order , , it was returned to you by the courier , I was told it would be available to re order but is out of stock , I was not reimbursed postage

Item was delayed, took 2 weeks to be delivered. When arrived the box was squashed and torn and the fascinator squashed and permanently creased. Not a good service at all. I will see what they will do but now not enough time for a replacement.

Ordered the dress online, when it arrived it was poorly packaged, heavily creased. Dress is lovely but full of static & creases. Had to take it back to the store to be steamed...twice! No dress carriers available in store, thank goodness for M&S who provided a dress carrier.

The dress didn’t suit me despite having any other dresses from phase in the wrap style taht are part of my staple for occasion wear. Just couldn’t put my finger on why it work. Gorgeous dress though and beautiful quality as it always is with Phase Eight.
