“I ordered a dress and jacket for my daughter's wedding and was disappointed about the faulty stitching on the jacket and even more disappointed when its replacement arrived and also had faulty stitching. I had to order yet another jacket and was third time lucky. I'm also not impressed about the packaging my orders arrived in - I didn't expect the items of clothing to be folded up small in polythene bags and so creased I will have to have them steamed before I can wear them. If I hadn't liked the outfit so much I would have returned everything.”
