I purchased a dress from Phase Eight yesterday and unfortunately noticed once I got home that the dress has visible white lines/marks running across the back from the waist down to the hips. This appears to be a fault with the fabric or finish and is not acceptable for a new dress .

“Very disappointed. Ordered this for a wedding. Ordered on line. When it arrived it was completely the wrong dress. Brown with flowers on. Had the label on for the blue spotted dress but it definitely was not, Also the label said the cost was £75 but it claimed on line that the original price was above this and it had 20% off from the original price. The label suggested that it had always been this price. Took it back the same day but not enough time to reorder another one and collect from store. Left feeling you had been falsely advertising the price and no dress for the wedding.”

“Easy website to navigate, order placed, seamless delivery and returns although I had a small discrepancy on how the refund was paid back into my account. I do realise that there is a cost of postage deducted but I was confused about the actual refund. I emailed customer service, their response regarding the correct amount being paid back is insufficient as still did not clearly state what the refund was. Only that it was correct from their point of view. Although I will reorder in the future, I will be be very careful if I need to return. It may be better buying from store.”
