“Had to return two pairs as I returned the first pair as the uppers were faded and different colour to the heel and sole. Ordered another pair but they were really badly faded too. Web chat and customer service is terrible. Have been cut off from web chats and/or no response to messages. Returned one pair to store but no apology just stated that they might get different staff to answer web chats. Still waiting to get a response about return postage charge. Not a great first experience of phase eight don’t think I’ll be using them again”

“Dress is lovely and I would recommend it to anyone who wants an emerald green dress BUT I'd ordered an olive green one for next day delivery (ordered 19 hours before the 2pm cut off ).....I got this emerald dress 24 hours after I wanted it. There was a mistake on the online website page regarding dress descriptions which caused the issue. I did get my delivery fee reimbursed, but the late delivery meant I had to change my plans and I also informed Phase Eight re the website issue.....olive green dress actually was described as black and "green" description was attached to two other shades of green. Very confusing!”

“Size 12 a Good fit for me as 10/12.. Good qulity fabric, and pockets BUT arrived very creased in platic bag - I would prefer to pay more for delivery wrapped and boxed.”

“I do wish that Phase Eight would make more simple cotton dresses for everyday wear, and more everyday clothes that are lovely, but not just for special occasions. What I value are the petite ranges, and quite a lot of the styles look great. But if I see they are made of polyester, and so many are, for me it's a turn-off.”
