“I’m giving three stars because I had a lot of issues receiving this order. It took a total of 8 days to arrive, and it only turned up after I contacted customer service and spent 35 minutes discussing why it hadn’t been dispatched. If I hadn’t chased it up myself, I don’t think anyone would have noticed the so-called “technical issue.” Surely this should have been visible on their system, especially given how long it took to send out the item.
To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive an apology. Overall, not a great experience and quite disappointing.”
“Very disappointed that a) the fact thst online purchased earrings are not refundable. This should be flagged at purchase NOT in small print. b) the earrings have not been returned. So no refund and no return”
