“Phase Eight has become my new 'go to' shop for clothes and now for shoes as well. They are good quality and I can usually find my size in the shop. I have purchased an entire weding outfit and everything fits really well. The styles are nice and you can often find some items that stand out. I would recommend Phase Eight.”
“Sorry, I love Phase Eight but this jumpsuit was disappointing. On the website it looked like a white/ivory background with pinky flowers. In reality it was a dingy peach-like background and looked like old granny's curtains. Shame because quality was nice and I liked the sequin sheen. But not for me so I returned it.”

“Really loved the experience. Visited the branch first to get the feel of sizes and lengths, and then ordered online.
One small issue: your anti-cheeky-return tag required a surgical operation to get the spiky bit from inside the dress. Literally between two layers of material. If I removed it less carefully it would have ruined my enjoyment of the dress. Imagine a small bit of plastic poking you from within your dress with no way to get it out!”

“Truthfully I came across your store by accident in the city centre. I knew the company name but never realised the range of sizes including for the larger lady. My daughter suggested we went in. I was very impressed by the range of styles, quality of the materials, colours, accessories. Staff were extremely helpful, talking to them in the store and by telephone. Helping me calm for anxieties as I was placing a very large order.and the cost of it. Reassurance came from the staff. Placed an order online. Confirming the order. Went delivery to store would be. Sadly got an email stating 2 items were out of stock. Rest of order was dispatched to store. I called the store to check when I could attend the store. Again politeness, reassurance. We arrived at the store a couple of days later. Tried both garments on. Hard decision as both very different designs but I choose a navy blue dress - Abigail Wrap dress.
