“The top is beautiful rich colour and was well made. However the sizing is off. I ordered the top in my usual number but it was tight across the chest. The top is not for bigger busts.”

“First time I ordered a fascinator it arrived with a large dent in the crown and a hole in one of the bow loops, but was able to return and reorder relatively straightforwardly, with the return fee waived as was damaged. The box had not arrived in a great condition either, but second time I ordered it arrived in perfect condition.”

“Went to Westfield to collect my top..was allowed to try it ..perfect fit..I saw the sales assistant wearing a beautiful cardigan..I asked her where she got it...it's phase eight she said I told her i want to buy one she said hold on we might have it in the stock room I purchased it ..great service at the store..I spent more than I planned too no regrets”

“Jumpsuit arrived, paid for next day as I needed it urgently. Jumpsuit was perfect however the item was damaged, pull all down the trouser leg. Disappointed it wasn’t checked before dispatch!! Had to resort to another outfit but would have preferred to wear the jumpsuit 🫤”

“The jacket and trousers are lovely and really good quality, however the 3 stars is because they arrive so screwed up i had to pay the dry cleaners £7 to press them both .”
