“The dress was fine , but the packaging was just a bag which left the dress very creased , which put me off !!
I also paid for next day delivery and it arrived 5 days later , which is not good enough.
The dress was sent back . Very disappointed in Phase Eight service!!”

“I was not impressed with the fact you now have to pay a return fee if send back by royal mail which unless you look on the returns section you would not know about as had no emails or cummunication so when returned the fee was taken from my return amount i was shocked.”

“I do like my Phase Eight printed top, however, it is slightly too big for me. I feel it is not worth returning same as I will only receive back probably half of what I initially paid for the top due to postage fees, which is very disappointing.”
