“Far, far too long. I am always prepared to shorten items. This dress reached my toes and would have meant wasted 30cm of fabric. Sorry to have to return as the quality and style were lovely. Designed for very tall people.”

“Sent back 4 items received 4 emails confirmation of receipt and refund would follow only received refund for one item from which a handling fee deducted. Chased by email on 3 occasions only to receive automated response saying oh I see this is about a refund and we will close the matter!. Clearly this company are not to be trusted holding onto my refund of over £258 for no reason. This was a first order with Phase Eight and certainly my last. Trying to get my money back via PayPal now”
