“Very poor service I ordered these for my sons wedding in plenty off time and I sat and waited for them after about 3/4 weeks they had still not arrived so I contacted Phase Eight chat line which after 3 attempts at getting cut off from them as was told I wasn’t answering quick enough only to be told that they had been returned because off damaged packaging I had not been contacted about this or even offered a refund it was I who had to chance this up and request a refund I was given a code to get next day delivery free which did not work either to re-purchase which I only did has they matched my dress so not a happy experience at all one very disappointed customer”

“Loved the colour of this dress. I ordered 3 items and they were crammed into a small bag resulting in all items being horribly crushed. The dress was too tight over my bust. Doubt I will go up a size as the skirt was so full, lots of material. Reckon next size up will prove far to big at waist and hips. So disappointed.”
