“Item did not arrived as paid for (with next day postage) so it was too late to wear so I had to return it and have been charged to do so. Customer service chat box was unavailable to let me know what was going on until the last minute. Having returned it I still haven't had my money back. Any email queries are replied to by automated service. I am unlikely to buy online from Phase Eight again.”

“I bought a size 14 and it was slightly too small so bought a size 18. It ended up being the same size as the 14. Very disappointed as wanted to wear to a wedding”
