However, I bought a medium size which was too large, and have since returned the jumper.
Unfortunately, I have not received any word from Phase Eight acknowledging receipt of the jumper, nor have I received my refund.
Feel this is rather disappointing and will be following it up!”

“I ordered the dress as soon as the sale started but a week after ordering, my order was cancelled. Very disappointing. I don’t know why but if the dress was out of stock, it shouldn’t have been listed as available. I potentially missed out on another dress from the sale while I was waiting for the cancelled item to be delivered - by the time I knew the dress wasn’t arriving, many others had sold out. I did get a standard cancellation email eventually but it didn’t specify why my order was cancelled.”

“Beautiful dress but sizing was completely wrong. Bought for my wife as size 12 and she has had numerous clothes from Phase Eight and size 12 is always perfect. She very recently bought 2 other Phase Eight dresses and size 12 fitted perfectly but this one was too small and resembled a UK size 10. She had to return the dress even though she loved it if it had been correctly sized.”
