“I am trying to on petites length maxi too long I am 5ft height the dress is lovely dress but too long 6 inches too long frill no way hem up and sorry return to refunded money back , it was shame the dress beautiful but length too long far too long for me thanks”

“Had to return two pairs as I returned the first pair as the uppers were faded and different colour to the heel and sole. Ordered another pair but they were really badly faded too. Web chat and customer service is terrible. Have been cut off from web chats and/or no response to messages. Returned one pair to store but no apology just stated that they might get different staff to answer web chats. Still waiting to get a response about return postage charge. Not a great first experience of phase eight don’t think I’ll be using them again”
