I've knocked a star off in the rating due to the condition the dress arrived in - a very small bag and the dress was so badly creased. Not what I expect from Phase 8!! Consequently returned this dress and re-ordered through a Phase 8 store - which arrived minus all the creases.”

“I like Phase Eight clothes but at 5ft 2” am finding their Petite range dresses still too long. Hence 4 star review. Service and communication is very good.”
“Loved what I purchased. One star was lost for the packaging, my hat arrived on a very wet day and the box was soaked, maybe the hat could be wrapped in some sort of waterproof material for more protection. I managed to nip out of work to pick it up otherwise the hat could have been ruined.”
