“The ordering process online was very straightforward with a speedy delivery. Unfortunately while the bodice was a perfect fit, the skirt was very long - probably needing at least 6in off. As a pleated skirt this was a specialist task & I didn’t have time to arrange the alteration before my event. I returned the dress to a store where the process & refund was excellent.”
