“I have always purchased my winter coats from Phase Eight and find it very hard that so many shops have closed. I prefer to try on different sizes hence why I purchased a 16 initially but found it over generous, then sent for 14 & Okay 14 petite. as explaned above I had to return both. I feel guilty to Phase Eight to have to return them due to weird design and fitting and cost that this must incur. However return system is excellent and most impressive and the quality of the coats is wonderful. I've looked at Next, Joules, M&S no luck. Fingers crossed for better design at Phase 8 next winter.”
