“I ordered a replacement dress as the first had a very uneven hem line. It's a lovely dress for autumn/ winter and I look forward to wearing it. However the customer service has been appalling in getting the correct money refunded. Numerous agents have replied to my email queries. There is no consistency in who deals with the issues and therfore a lack of ownership and responsibility in resolving the problem.”

“I like this brand but the shipping to Spain required an extra tax at customs once it arrived in Spain which increased the price a part from the shipping expenses. Also, if you need to return there’s no easy way. I haven’t been able. You have to pay for every return costs…”

“Expensive but not always worth the money , but I’ve had some nice things in the sale . Some of the quality needs improving The colour 1st drew me to them …. Lovely …. But the fit . Nope . The zip is fitted in sooo badly that’s there’s a big lump on the side of your leg . Not so lovely . Unfortunately ordered another pair but they were just the same ☹️took both back . Customer service awful . I’ve not had a refund for them and the shop tell me I’ve got to chase it with head office . Not impressed”

“Perfect length and colour slightly greener than teal. Bought a size up so I could wear a thick jumper under it. Taken me 3 years to invest in a Lydia coat but pleased I have.”
