“Delivery very prompt and smooth, however the cost of returning it from Ireland (€20) is probititive for speculative purchasing. I would be reluctant to purchase again for that reason.”

“The petite sizing is abit off... especially around the neckline and arms/sleeves in terms of the dresses. The return policy for sale items of 14 days is a bit off putting as i find that i have had to return some items without getting any opinions on them from family or friends especially occasion dresses”

“The lack of exchange service and/or possibility to return at a store is a hassle. I had to repurchase another dress while simultaneously returning the previous for faulty sizing. The process is not practical and defeats the purpose of online shopping, especially when tight on time, finance and no access to the physical store. At least they inform you when the refund has been processed.. that's all.”
