“Would have given 5 but the linen items arrived very creased as only in plastic bags. I'm aware linen creases and presumably Phase 8 know this so shod have had some tissue in packaging. I spent over an hour ironing out the creases in both skirt and blouse. Deliver but Evri excellent as always”

“This was a lovelly dress and so nice to wear albeit the stitching started to break after one wear so sadly had to return. You need to size up im am normally a 16 due to a larger bust but i bought a 18 and it was still a little snug”

“I bought a blouse online but unfortunately it was too big so needed to change for smaller size . I nearly didn’t buy the smaller size as I had to pay to return the original & then pay again to order the smaller size as I hadn’t got the refund for the original blouse . Can’t you do exchange like other retailers ?”
