“I love Phase Eight dresses, the only issue I have is the length of many. I am only 5 foot in height, so even petite can be too long. Once petite was 5 foot 2 and under, now it is 5 foot 4 and under. It's a shame that short people are really catered for, I know we are a minority, but even so. I find mini dresses are often the right length for me.”

“Really like this dress. It’s just a shame I need to take it to a professional cleaners before I get to wear it, to get it steamed due to the amount of creases in it. No tissue paper either. I would probably think twice about buying again on line. Even other cheaper retailers send items wrapped in tissue paper.”

“When I first ordered the skirt, with delivery to a local branch, it clearly went missing as it never arrived there. I had to chase this myself, as it didn't seem to flag on the Phase 8 records that it had not arrived or been collected and the branch couldn't help. It was also annoying that I had to be refunded for this missing skirt and start again with a new order. The Phase 8 colleague I spoke to about this was helpful however and gave me a free delivery code.”
