“Phase eight as always carries quality products. However with my last purchase of 2 dresses , I was disappointed with the strange ' ae' sizing which i saw on the app. Presuming it was a sizing for UAE and that it would match UK size , I ordered both dresses as AE 8 which turned out to be UK 12 ! And I had to get both tailored to fit me . Why create such a confusion when none existed. Please go back to displaying only UK & US sizing as you used to. I still cant understand what Ae sizing stands for !”

“Absolutely love Phase Eight especially for more formal attire however unfortunately this year’s dresses just don’t suit me. I’ve tried a selection on in shops and via on line service but nothing suits this year! Really don’t like the little belts and the lack structure. Pity but looking elsewhere.”

“This is a beautiful dress, good quality fabric and a lovely shade of lilac.. perfect for me as I’m tall at 5.11. Can’t wait to wear it as MOG. Only downside was it arrived poorly packaged. For an expensive dress it was screwed up

“A faulty product was sent to me with returned from previous customer tags and in-house notes on it. Customer service were hard to connect with, but once connected they engaged.
However I had to chase them again 2 weeks later for a full refund which had not issued.”
“I was not impressed with the fact you now have to pay a return fee if send back by royal mail which unless you look on the returns section you would not know about as had no emails or cummunication so when returned the fee was taken from my return amount i was shocked.”
“I do like my Phase Eight printed top, however, it is slightly too big for me. I feel it is not worth returning same as I will only receive back probably half of what I initially paid for the top due to postage fees, which is very disappointing.”
