“Really disapointed picked ordered jacket up from store tried it on at home with dress I was going to wear on the Saturday for a wedding only to find small black marks all over the jacket. Returned to store nothing they could do as did have the jacket in store this was Thursday evening and I was leaving Friday morning for the weding,only sugestion they could offer was to try and get it express cleaned which wasn't an option given the time factor. Why was this Jacket not checked before despatching to store?”

“I really like Phase Eight, as it is so easy to order and return items, if not suitable. However I have noticed that sale items online are cheaper than in store. I actually had this particular dress for £49 and it was £79 in store. I tried the dress on in store but did not buy it cause I knew it was cheaper online. This is disappointing!”

“Gorgeous dress! I have the 14 in Vermillion ao wanted to get the cobalt dress too. So flattering but only a 16 was available. Took a while to arrive and was too big. So having to return.”

“I've tried it on twice and some of the metalic studs have fallen off. I wouldn't have paid full price ...the quality of Phase Eight dresses has deteriorated . The last evening dress I purchased also sheds as I wear it!”

“Placed an order which got lost in the post! ReOrdered 1 of the 2 items as the other was out of stock and this bag, customer service told me cut off 8pm and gave me next day delivery voucher. Wrong cut off was 2pm, 1 of the items arrived the day before the wedding, this bag arrived 2 days after the wedding! I tried to cancel the delivery which you said you would, it still got delivered and I had to return. You then took £1.50 off the refund!”
