“Dress amazing but had to return for a different size which I got in the sale at a discounted rate- after being told on 8th June it would be refunded to me in full 5 days later still no payment 10 days later. Online chat is shocking as all automated answers when trying to contact over it so I’m still in limbo waiting for my money back so really disappointing as out of pocket! Not happy”
