“The actual fascinator was pretty but too small and not quite the right colour. Beware ordering from Phase Eight, especially in there is a problem with the order, such as not dispatched for over a week and trying to get information from 'Customer Service' is a nightmare. Plus when you return the item (once it actually turns up) and you've paid for 48 hour tracked return, they still have the cheek to deduct £1.95 from the refund!!”

“No stock of petite. Ordered regular in 3 sizes...small, but big boobies!! Very hazardous deliveries. All came eventually. Every garment was literally shoved in a all plastic bag! Creased as bad as an accordion 🪗. A high priced garment just in a bag. Certainly put me off it immediately, sale or no sale. The length was hideous and couldn't even alter the length as the crotch was to my knees. Didn't I look stunning!!”
