“Easy to order P8 online, very prompt delivery. You have the choice of returning by post or to a Phase eight store. I visit Milton Keynes shopping centre fairly regularly so I can return any items to the P8 store there. Returning items to a P8 store and they provide you with a written receipt so you have proof that you have returned the item if technology fails and you do not get the e mail.”

“Disappointed as I loved everything about it except the neckline which sat so low it showed my bra and beyond! I'm very fond of cowl necks normally in jumpers and love navy but no way around having to send it back, I fear!”

“I was very pleased when my cardigan arrived, but imagine my shock when i opened the package to discover, what can only be described as iron marks on the front and back of the garment This was a sale item and looked to me as though it was a return that had been sent out again without been fully checked for any faults, making me think that quality control was below standard,at least with this particular item. Thais was very disappointing as I always understood that Phase 8 were a very prestigious company.”
