“I liked this dress very much but unfortunately had to return it as it was faulty. The zip was coming undone at the base. I had my refund very quickly and because of the fault I wasn’t charged the return postage.”

“I received the wrong size that I had ordered and have returned it but still waiting 4 weeks afterwards for a refund. I have tried to contact Phase Eight customer services on the online chat, by email and phone but keep getting disconnected. There does not appear to be any way to contact customer services to even make an enquiry about a returned item.”

“I have not received this item due to Phase Eight using the worst courier company,Evri. And now that Evri have admitted they lost the dress, I’m still waiting to hear from Phase Eight about my refund. Phase Eight were quick to refund the named day delivery charge, but since then have not responded formally to my email about a total refund - only a standard acknowledgement. Please get your act together…”

“Although I returned this dress because it was far too long for me and would take too much off the dress if shortened, I can say it is a beautiful dress, plain and understated if you like the style, it is good quality and fully lined and quite heavy weight. Nice colour too, not too vivid. I wanted it for a wedding to go with a gorgeous hand made hat and bag which needed a plain dress due to the hat being a fashion statement (lots of spring/summer flowers attached). The dress was perfect in its plain style for the statement hat to be what it is meant to be. Anyone wanting to wear it in that way with a statement hat would probably agree.”

“Arrived promptly and unfortunately had to be returned. Return process worked faster than previous experience . However it would be so much easier if products could be returned in store , a facility which is not available in Ireland currently from Phase eight”

“Use caution if ordering from Ireland as there's a €20 return charge!!I tried to check what the return fee might be before I ordered the jumpsuit, but the info online didn't give a specific price. Regardless I went ahead and ordered, as I loved the look of it. The jumpsuit sadly didn't suit me so I had to return it. I'm still waiting for the refund despite sending it back weeks ago.”
