“I say company to do business with. But disappointed that my local shop has now closed down so had to go to Bluewater to collect. It did take almost a week to be ready for collection which was unusual. But once in store easy to collect without any fuss. Except Phase Eight need to ensure they are added to the floor plan at Bluewater as they are impossible to locate from the online maps.”

“Lovely weight and design. I got lots of compliments. One gripe is that the belt cannot be fastened due to too much thick fabric around the belt buckle and the head of the belt. I will have to buy another belt for this dress.”
“Items packed well with timely delivery. Styles lovely and interesting. More regard needed to materials that crease. Many of your clothes will be packed for weddings and cruises and the availability of irons - or the ability of the material to be ironed needs more consideration. Buttons and loops are a two person job.”
