“This is the second Phase Eight dress I have had, I am still wearing the first one after 10 years as it is such good quality and timeless classic. So pleased that it is the only brand I will go for in future when I have an event.”

“Lovely outfit, material very lightweight, can dress up or down. Length very long, had to have trousers altered. I am 5ft 5inches”

“Beautiful dress, but runs large. Had to return for a smaller size. Phase eight does not have free exchanges, so had to pay $20 to return and repurchase. And because I am in the US, it was tricky to find someplace that accepts DHL packages.”

“Item did not arrived as paid for (with next day postage) so it was too late to wear so I had to return it and have been charged to do so. Customer service chat box was unavailable to let me know what was going on until the last minute. Having returned it I still haven't had my money back. Any email queries are replied to by automated service. I am unlikely to buy online from Phase Eight again.”

“I bought a size 14 and it was slightly too small so bought a size 18. It ended up being the same size as the 14. Very disappointed as wanted to wear to a wedding”
