“I really love the clothes and only recently discovered the shop whilst looking for a 'mother of the groom' dress. Ordering online was easy and the delivery price was reasonable, and quick delivery too. Returns were very easy and simple.”

“My purcahses arrived quickly and well packaged, they were of good quality and well made but unfortunately the shoes were just a little too small for me. However, I was able to pop over to Braehead in Glasgow to return them easily and received the money back on my card the next day. I would have given Phase Eight five glowing stars but though I'd no issues returning my purchases I did get the impression the staff weren't overly happy to do this.”

“Company still supplies elegant and good range of clothes but the lack of stores to go and choose from is disappointing customer services is a joke your kept hanging on the phone waiting.ng for an advisor forever at a cost to the customer really gone so far downhill some of the clothes are very badly finished off and don't always have the same accessories listed in the details I.e.belts but the price is still what is listed this used to be such a top of the range store,a pleasure to go and look for something special bring back some shops and step up with the finishes on your beautiful clothes”

“The dress colour was nothing like the picture on the website. The material resembled curtain material - very stiff and not draping at all. Not only that, but I have returned it and am still waiting for the refund.”
