“I normally love phase eight clothing but was very disappointed with what I received this time , expensive for the poor quality of the dress I ordered”
“I normally like Phase Eight clothing but did not like this garment. The packaging was appalling. Too small a carton. Coat was stuffed into small bag without any plastic covering. En route the bag had split open in several places exposing the material. Please take this up with your packers. Had it been raining when delivered the coat would have been wet and possibly damaged. This did not endear me to the garment before trying it on and on return I deliberately put it back in original packaging but had to cover this with further packaging.”
“The box on arrival had been severely squashed and was partially open. Fortunately the coat was unharmed. The quality of the box was very flimsy and not really fit for purpose. I suggest that Phase Eight marketing should take a look at how Boden does it and reconsider Evri as there courier of choice. I ordered 2 items and both arrived crushed on different days so it wasn’t exactly an isolated incident.”
“First experience of ordering from phase eight - found sizing to be too big, shoe quality not very good for the price.
Would have to visit a shop in future to try on in person as it becomes a nuisance having to rely on the ( incorrect) size guide and having to return items.”
“Had to keep ordering things as some times took money then refund shoe came broken so gad to reorder & dress as to go to dry cleaners to put pleats back in before I wear it for wedding but like the dress”
