“Ik heb het product ontvangen. Helaas was deze te klein, maar wel van goede kwaliteit.Ik ontvang steeds e-mails van jullie, maar de bevestiging van mijn retour helaas nog niet. Het is nu 8 dagen geleden dat ik het heb teruggestuurd. Ik zou graag een bevestiging ontvangen dat het in behandeling is.”

“I have ordered my Mother of the Bride outfit in it's entirity from Phase Eight; dress, jacket, shoes, bag and fascinator. The fit is perfect, the quality excellent and I am genuinely thrilled to bits! My daughter approves, too!! I can't wait to wear it, and all the individual pieces, bar the fascinator, with definitely be worn again. Thank you! A very happy Mum here!! I'll postr a photo from the wedding on 1st July.”

“Impossible for me to leave a review for a product that I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received. After contacting customer servies I was informed that the product was not available from the warehouse so they were trying to source from a store... which was proving difficult. Was advised that they are no longer on line so therefore out of stock. The following day the product was back on the website with stock showing in a few stores with a 25% discount. To date I still have not recieved the item I order :(”

“In the shop there were 3 people working, just standing by the till and weren't showing any interest in helping. They were low on stock so I couldn't try on 3 of the 5 dresses I was interested in and had to order the dress I wanted online. When I asked for another size I felt like I was an inconvenience to the employee.”

“Loved the summery shirt and the length. I like long shirts and tops and this was perfect for me and my holiday . More long tops please . Had a problem with DX delivery and it took 3 attempted deliverys before I received it while Evri delivered my satin vest from you in one try .”

“Delivery was excellent but packaging could be better. Dress was packed tightly in a brown bag and needed steaming before I could wear. Delivery on a hanger in a larger carry bag would have solved the issue.”
