Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad the service was good, though we’re sorry the dress didn’t fit and you haven’t seen your refund yet. I can see the refund has been issued now. For future reference, we kindly advise allowing up to 21 working days from the day of posting for our warehouse to process the return (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
