“The staff in the shop at Meadowhall were very friendly and so helpful. Sandy gave the dress a steam, to get rid of a few creases, whilst I did more shopping.
This was my third attempt to buy this dress. Twice I ordered it via Next, but on both occasions the dress arrived in store so creased I had to return it. Once, it had fallen off the hanger in transit and the second time it was wrapped in a jumper-sized parcel.

“I had to wait long in the phone queue and then was cut off. I tried the live chat and was cut off the first time so I emailed (when I eventually found the address). Then I tried the live chat the next day and was refunded the postage. An email followed asking me to wait for a further period before contacting them should it not arrive.”
