“Dress arrived in a shocking state. Screwed up, creased and the belt was out of shape. Tried to phone customer services to speak to someone. They were either closed or waited 40mins on hold.
I ended up sending the dress back for no other reason than I couldn’t see what it would look like when tried it on and couldn’t get a response from Phase Eight .

“Always love Phase Eight clothing, apart from this time. I thought the pyjamas in question were of poor quality and badly sized too, I felt I couldn't gift them to anyone because of this. I will still buy from Phase Eight though as I still lvery much ike their clothing.”

“Unfortunately I returned the dress but there was nothing wrong with it. I got a Kendall dress in a different colourway last year and it was beautiful as was this dress but I did not think this colour suited me. It was also a bit darker than in the website photos.”
