“Very happy with the phone and the general approach to customer service. While I was in the shop another customer was given what I felt was a good honest appraisal of the expensive situation she had with a broken recent model ipad screen (expensive to replace sompared to earlier versions) and as it happened that was not going to lead to an immediate sale, so full marks to the phonebot representative. Goodwill towards phonebot was however generated all round.”

Hi Jan, your order was picked up on Monday afternoon by the courier for express delivery and usually it takes 1-3 business days to have the unit delivered. Per the tracking information provided by Toll it should be delivered to you by today. We will keep a follow up with them to make sure you get it in time.

“I ordered an A grade quality phone but received what is definitely only B or C grade with a very scratched screen. Only received a response to my complaint when I said I would give bad reviews. Took two weeks to get my pitiful refund with multiple requests. I wish I had just purchased secondhand locally.”

“DO NOT BUY !! They do not care about customers. My phone was defective from the start and it's been with them for nearly a month for repairs and I can't get any advice on them on when I'll get a phone back. Wish I never bought with them.”

“I bought a phone on Friday 6, one hour an half later I got a text from "Adam" to tell me that the phone was already been sold (don't you have a unified database between the website and the shop to manage the store so, if you try to sell an already sold item after an hour it has been sold, you get an alert?!). I started texting with this Adam and told me that he wasn't expecting any restore in the next week then he suddenly stop answering my text till Tuesday 10 (because "This number is not monitored for text messages", couldn't he use another number?!), but, in the meantime, he didn't thought to start any refund procedure (take it easy!). On Friday 13 (less than a week later), I saw that you have exactly the same phone available again (couldn't you just held my order on hold and ship the phone ASAP instead of wasting time?).”

“Tried to purchase an orange pixel 4 XL as soon as the Black Friday deal was out and received an order confirmation detail. Called them up 2 weeks later only to be told that the phones were sold out with little apology Hard to recommend when their ordering isn't that reliable where I could have been told about the sold out stock”
