“This is the first time I am buying a product from Phonebot. The reason why I am giving poor review Because the item I bought was advertised as Refurbished but I received an item which is used and in a bad condition. And I had to return the item very next day itself.”

Hello Rinu, Thanks for your feedback. Our refurbished devices are pre owned and that's why we have clear guidelines representing the cosmetic condition. Grade A would be 8/10 cosmetic condition or above whereas Grade B would be lower and so forth. Our refurbishing process includes changing a faulty part or replacing the battery IF degraded, however we don't replace the housing/casing based on its condition. If the phone's original battery maximum capacity is found less than 85% then the batteries are replaced with the OEM batteries else the device is sent with the original battery same goes with every component of the product, its checked and replaced if needed. Now the phone that you ordered was a graded A Samsung Galaxy S8 with the Actual Pictures of the device listed in the advertise on our website and we believe that was the same merchandise which was delivered to you. In case we were not able to meet you expectation then we are sorry and will like to proceed with your instructions of refund of the order. “Phone is in excellent condition and works well The only concern I have is the battery condition is at 85% but it should give us a couple of years before replacement The unit is an ex Japanese phone and Apple Australia cannot repair or replace parts, but authorised repairers can so its not a biggy... Would recommend that this gets advertised by phonebot in future But overall pretty happy Bruce”

“It came within 2 days which was great! However I bought a b grade Apple Watch and it didn’t tell me that there would be no band which was disappointing as I now have to wait a week to purchase one. It also goes flat after 1.5hrs which means that it is not overly functional as a watch!!”
