“Charging cord I received was faulty. Had to use spare Samsung one I had at home.”

“Took over three days to send a pre paid order. Seen quicker service from amateur eBay sellers. Hardly worth paying for express if they take multiple days to ship an item. Highly recommend tweaking the processing process so-to-speak. Can't fathom why it took three days.”
