“Tried to purchase an orange pixel 4 XL as soon as the Black Friday deal was out and received an order confirmation detail. Called them up 2 weeks later only to be told that the phones were sold out with little apology Hard to recommend when their ordering isn't that reliable where I could have been told about the sold out stock”

“We bought 2 iPad Air 16g for our daughters for Christmas. Phonebot was very responsive via email. We were advised straight away of a short delay in dispatching the items due to being out of stock. I requested the items be there before Christmas and they responded quickly to reassure me. However, I asked for a phone number to speak to them because the one online led me to a full mailbox! I never got to speak to them which is a pity because I wanted to ask if I could upgrade to the 32g. Nevertheless, Phonebot ended up sending us 2 IPad Air 16g with cellular at no extra cost since our original order was still out of stock!”
