“Purchase was smooth with speedy delivery. Changed circumstances for me meant that I needed to return the purchased phone. The return of the item and refund of the purchase price was conducted very professionally, without any dramas and very quickly. I hate having to return a purchase, but Phonebot was true to their word and made the refund process as straightforward as possible. Thank you Phonebot. I will be a customer again in the future.”

“I recently purchased a refurbished Iphone XR. Am very happy with the condition it is in and how it works so it is very good value..as it's my first iphone after using androids I wasn't sure how easy it would be, but already having an apple ipad and desktop computer helps. I have not needed any follow up service but good to know it is there if needed. I didn't need to have any direct contact when purchasing as the procedure was clear and I have support from my son in law, just ordered via website. the phone was delivered very quickly.”
