“The phone is exactly as advertised (grade A) and looks like new. Great price and very easy dealing with the company - excellent communication. Very highly recommended.”

“Sent me someone else's order which was worth $120 more then the one I placed. Attempted to charge me the difference which is illegal to do. Wont reply to messages. Wont acknowledge the issue as their mistake. More interested in getting the item back then anything else.”

“Overall, very happy with the phone - came with a case, charger with chord, screen protector etc which was a nice touch. Support is available during business hours (packaging says 24/7). I bought an A-Grade phone (return) which had a scratch and small chip but not noticeable when screen protector was added. 9/10!”

“The phone was advertised as unused and unlocked. It was locked. Had to get back to Phonebot to get the AT &T unlock code. The charger was 2 vertical pin american. Waiting for the correct charger. Quality control very poor”
