“I’m extremely frustrated with Pizza Hut’s service. Every Tuesday, they offer a "Buy One, Get One Free" deal, but every time I place an order, it’s either late or wrong. On their website, they promise delivery within 15-20 minutes, but it’s been over 2 hours and my order still hasn’t arrived! This isn’t the first time either—every time it’s the same story. They just keep making excuses and wasting customers’ time. It's honestly the worst service I’ve experienced, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

“Establish very friendly I found it very disturbing that I had to launch my app when I got into the store to look at their menu. This is gone too far you can't do anything without your cell phone these days and I'm sick of it if I walk into a restaurant I wanna see a menu I don't have to look it up on my phone and try to weave through their apps to get to it. For that Pizza Hut you get F. I was so looking forward to the pizza for my child of days but I won't come back here again”

“My family and I was looking forward to some Stuffed crust Pizza. The first thing that came to mind was Pizza Hut. So I ordered a Pizza from the Vineland, Nj Pizza Hut on Chestnut Avenue.
It was the Poorest made Pizza i Ever had.
They made me a second one just as poor. Barely any Pepperoni and Sausage on it. I should have known that the service was Poor due to the Empty Parking Lot. The Pizza Hut in Vineland,Nj need some serious Help in Customer service.”

“We had ordered two pizzas online to have delivered at 11:30. They came with one pizza so I called them and asked him where the other one was they did apologize and they will send that pizza out, but they didn’t know when because they didn’t have a driver right away. They you never came with the pizza we called and asked for a refund they couldn’t do that either until the next day they did give us the refund back for a pizza. The next day It cost usIt cost us $32 for one pizza not a happy customer. They said they couldn’t give us any coupons for our inconvenience. Unhappy customer”
