“I have ordered Wings and Pizza from here many times. So much so that the Manager knows me by Name. However; earlier today I ordered 12 Wings, Bone in, Buffalo style Medium. I didn't eat them right away because I had gotten me a Burger from another place before I picked up my order from Pizza Hut. So I ate my Burger when I got home. I just opened up my Wings about 7 hours later ready to eat them, opened them up and put of 12 Wings, I have 10 of the Drumettes and 2 Flats. I thought it was supposed to be half of each; and what makes it so bad I'm a Flats person. I prefer the Flats but I understand it has to be half of each. This isn't right, and this cost $20 and some Change. REALLY!!!”
“Why are you changing your menu all the time?
I like the deals but when looking for the full range I've noticed onion rings are advertised on the integral menu but not on the final menu. Why can't I get them anymore when they're advertised? I'm fed up of things changing with you.

“On 6/5/24, I ordered my pizza via the website. Pizza Hut used Door Dash for delivery. However, after more than an hour, the Door Dash driver called me and said that the store hadn't even started on my order and she wasn't sure when she'd be able to bring my food. We decided to cancel it. I spoke with Door Dash and they said it was canceled on their end. I then drove to the store to ensure the cancellation (3126 Washington Rd, Atlanta, GA). The experience was completely ridiculous in itself because the employees were loud in the back (arguing with each other), unprofessional, backed up, and it was terrible. The attendant said he didn't see anything in the system under my name. The next day, I spoke with a manager who said she couldn't see anything in the system and suggested I wait a day or so and check my statement. Almost 3 months later, it wasn't refunded and I never even received the pizza that night. Also, the store's phone number is "out of service." I've called multiple times. I've sent emails to "customer service" multiple times, but they only reply with a recycled email, stating that someone would contact me. The contact has not been made.”

“I ordered my food at 645pm my ordered stated it would be deliver by 725pm. My order was never delivered. The call center is horrible the Rep Rachel hang up on me while trying to explain to her that my order wasn’t delivered and I needed a refund. Then went to the store and the manager stated there was nothing that she could do. I want a refund or my food redelivered.

“Tried to order by using Webb site. Their site said mu name was invalid. So I called Pizza Hut directly at this site to place our order. After listing the order I asked about changing the medium size to a large it was two dollars cheaper. So I changed the order to a large and a personnel size pan. The order was delivered no large size pizza but we were billed for both orders. Now I will have to drive over and get the one ordered reversed since we didn't get it”
