I had the wrong food delivered and I had to drive to the local store to get it resolved because the call center was not doing anything to help me retrieve my order. I had a credit from the manager because of this and when I tried to order today the call center told me I didnât have any credit. When I drove back to the local Pizza Hut to find out why, they had record of my credit and made my pizza right then and there. I wouldnât order from Pizza Hut in Owasso unless you plan to do it in person and carry out. The call center is a joke, a bad one. They will treat you terrible and then when you are mad you end up at the local store to get things fixed because the call center doesnât do anything. Donât waste your time.”

“A Disappointing Experience with Pizza HutđĄ
Today was meant to be a special occasion: my father's birthday. Given his health issues over the past few months, we were eager to lift his spirits with a celebration at home. To make the day enjoyable for everyone, especially the kids, we ordered three medium-sized pizzas from Pizza Hut using their online app.
However, what was supposed to be a joyful celebration quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite the payment being successfully deducted from my account, we received no confirmation or communication from Pizza Hut. After waiting anxiously, I checked the app only to find that no further action had been taken on our order.
Attempts to contact Pizza Hutâs customer care proved futile, as most of the numbers were either unavailable or unresponsive. It took nearly 15-20 minutes before I finally reached someone at their call center. To my dismay, I was informed that a technical glitch had occurred, and no resolution could be provided. Even worse, when inquiring about a refund, I was told in a rather nonchalant manner that it would take another 3-4 days for the amount to be credited back, and no pizza could be delivered.
This raises a critical question: who takes responsibility for ruining our special occasion? It is deeply disappointing to see a renowned brand like Pizza Hut fail not only in service delivery but also in customer care. The lack of accountability and the casual attitude towards resolving such issues is unacceptable. As customers, we expect more than just being charged high taxes; we deserve reliable service and timely resolutions.
Such experiences undermine customer trust and loyalty. I hope Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service and customer support to prevent such occurrences in the future.”
“That female manager they have there at the Bonham Pizza Hut is one of the worst employees I have ever seen, it's atrocious the way she treats them young kids doing there server job, I couldn't believe anyone would be treating another person the way she was to them, and this is not the first time I've been in there and witnessed first hand the way she tries to embarrass the girls, and the things she implies to those teen boys. I tell you what is my son was working there I would go up there and give her a piece of my mind and make sure that she did not approach my boy in any manner but professionally and if I found out she had, then I would take legal steps to put a stop to it for good. I tell you what if they don't get rid of her me and my large family will not be going to that establishment ever again. They can move her to some other store or lose a lot of business.”
